USA Shipments
Last weekend, the US fully eliminated the $800 de minimis rule which has shaken most of the world's online ecommerce businesses and could have a large impact on our valued American customers. Fortunately, many items from Woody tap Handles are CUSMA compliant and duty free to the USA.
We've summarized the details:
- Woody Tap Handles no longer ships to the USA via postal service (only ships through UPS) or through Chit Chats (Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) will be included in the price.
- We source our wood from all around the world, but we source the following woods in Canada and the USA (Ash, Cherry, Walnut, Koa, Hickory, Monkey Pod, Mango, White Oak, Red Oak, Aromatic Cedar, Maple, Ambrosia Maple & Cedar)
Shipments going to the USA via UPS Standard, please email us for a faster shipping option. USA buyers will be responsible for duty's, taxes and tariffs other than Chit Chats (Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Shipping Policy
We ship through Canada post to Canada and the USA. In stock non-custom engraved orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Any items that are made to order will need 72 hours for the 3 coats of clear finish to fully Dry. Custom laser engraved cutting boards will be shipped 48 hours after confirm names to be added. Tall Boy laser engraved tap handles will require 72 hours to allow for the clear finish to fully dry. Multiple items order will be shipped together to save on shipping costs. Local pick up available for NW Calgary at no cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once you have received your beautiful handcrafted item from us, please inspect it for any damages from shipping. If there is any damages please email us as soon as you have inspected the item at woodytaphandles@gmail.com
All of our products are created from natural wood, no two pieces are created the same, and wood will have different grain patterns and or colors. This is what makes it a one of a kind. If you are not happy with the item you have ordered kindly send the item back to us and we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding the shipping. No reruns after 7 days of arrival.
Custom orders are not returnable but exchangeable.
